Account Deletion

Request deletion of your account and personal data.

You can request deletion of your Sulam account here — even if you have uninstalled the app. Enter the email address registered with your account and we will send a verification code to that email to confirm the request.

What will be deleted

  • Your login and access to the mobile app (your account is deactivated and you can no longer sign in).
  • Active push-notification devices and app sessions are disabled.
  • Your link to any rented unit is removed.

What is retained

For legal, tax and regulatory reasons — including e-invoicing (ZATCA) obligations in Saudi Arabia — records such as issued invoices and completed service/maintenance history are retained for the period required by law. These are kept only for compliance.

Processing Time

Verified account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been completed.
